The Green River Team

		*Randy Stertmeyer (President – CEO).* Randy is a 30 year industry veteran who took over the reins at Green River in 2006. His background in sales and marketing includes stints with Owens Corning Fiberglas, Oxford Trading Company, Cambridge Tile, Georgia Marble, Westminster Ceramics and Creative Edge Corp.
		*Jill Barrett Johnson (Vice President – Operations)* Jill came to Green River in 1992 with over 10 years business experience. She is responsible for operations at Green River.
		*Paul Mihlek (National Director of Sales)*. Paul brings over ten years of experience with Green River, the last five as Director of Sales. Paul works directly with our Distribution base and their sales personnel.
		*Scott Burega (Director of National Accounts and New Business Development).* Scott joined Green River in 2007 after 12 years with Hoboken Floors, Inc as Purchasing Manager. In addition to new business development, Scott is responsible for all aspects of the *Green* FSC aspects of our business.
		*Martha Read (Controller).* Martha joined Green River in 2006 and has contributed several important innovations in her short time with the Company.
		*Lisa Bray (Customer Service Manager).* Lisa has responsibility for inventory management, order intake and shipping. She is highly praised by all of Green River’s customers for her positive and professional approach to customer service.
		*Sheri Cousins ( Administrative Assistant).* Sheri is that happy voice at our end of the phone. In addition to greeting our customers, she has a myriad of office responsibilities.
		*Mike Hawley (Mill Manager).* A Gulf War veteran, Mike has worked his way through the ranks at Green River over the past 15 years. Mike assumed responsibility for managing all mill operations in 2006.
		*Jake Jaquins (Sample Department Manager):* Jake has been with Green River for over 30 years. He currently manages the production and shipping of our merchandizing materials.
		*David Moretz (Rip Supervisor):* David is a 12 year Green River veteran with responsibility for production in the lumber ripping area of the mill.
		*Mike Howard (Run Supervisor)*. Mike joined us in 2002 and assumed responsibility for the supervision of our finishing process which includes planing, matching, grading and packaging. He also conducts regular safety meetings.
		*Bill Barg (Warehouse Manager).* Bill is our man on wheels, in charge of all shipping, receiving and warehousing.

The Green River Board of Directors:

Will Barrett (Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board): Will founded Green River in 1974 as a lumber Mill. With his brother Peter, Will was responsible for guiding Green River into the manufacturing of solid hardwood flooring in the early 1980’s.

Peter Barrett (Co-Founder and Treasurer). For many years Peter led the sales efforts at Green River. Like his brother Will, Peter continues to serve on the Board of Directors and works on special projects. He is also an accomplished sculptor.

Patrick Wheeler (Secretary). Pat is President and CEO of Vermont Composites, Inc, in Bennington, Vermont. He has served on the Green River Board since 2004.

Randy Stertmeyer (President and CEO).
