Green River Yellow Birch answers the demand from our customers for a Northern Birch product with the Green River name on it. This richly colored flooring line is truly a distinctive product only found at Green River. Green River Birch is noted for its distinctive coloration, natural luster, satin-like appearance, and its durability.

Sheffield Yellow Birch is a lively character product that shows the full appearance of this specie. Coloration ranges from rich, dark red heartwood to light red tones to warm yellows and creamy white sapwood. Green River Sheffield Birch will include all of the natural characteristics of this specie, including sound knots, streaks and color variations. An occasional hole of less than 1⁄2” in diameter may need to be filled. Lengths range from 11" - 7', averaging approximately 2.25'.
